Stager Consultation

Unlike interior design, which is very personal and designed to satisfy the client’s individual taste, staging aims to de-personalize their home and make it appealing to virtually all prospective buyers. A consultation will begin with a discussion with home owner or investor to prepare your home for sale or rental. This service will take 2-3 hours detailing room by room recommended design techniques to make your home more appealing to buyers that lead to a faster sale. We will discuss furniture placement, room focal points and functions, lighting, paint color, traffic patterns and curb appeal we uncover all the hidden potential. Service fees range from ($150-$300) depending on the size of the home or occupied or vacant. The longer your property sits on the market, the higher the probability you’ll be doing a price reduction. Prepping your home to sell faster is less expensive than your first price reduction.

Empty Home Stage

An empty home stage is where we bring in all the furnishings needed to make the space feel like a home only 10% of homebuyers can visualize the potential of a home. This is why staging a home is critical! You don’t want the advantages of your home overlooked and left up to the buyer’s imagination. The Emotional response that we create for your home we want buyers to fall in love with your home when they enter the door.  We would stage the main living areas providing rental furniture and accessories to match the style and profile of target buyers.

Redesign

Redesign your home our designers may include removing excess furniture and performing various design techniques to appeal to a larger audience and allow buyers to see what they are actually buying re-arrange, declutter redecorate your home with all your furnishings and accessories. Upon completion, your home will be advertised as a Staged Home immediately attracting more realtors and buyers the key to selling quickly.

DIY Approach

Some homeowners pay for the consultation and then implement the ideas from the Staging Report of Recommendations on their own. If you are the “Do It Yourself” type, this may work for you our representative will make one final visit to your home to go through a checklist with you to verify that all the recommendations have been completed. Upon completion, your home will be advertised as a Staged Home immediately attracting more realtors and buyers.

Open House Commercial Advertising

Sometimes you need home staging for other reason such as photography, video shoot, and open house creating stunning images for marketing material producing product we can design a commercial set for one or two days.
